It was as expected, had a VERY NICE stay on a rainy weekend.

The food here was excellent with a wide variety of options and my room had useful amenities like ironing facilities, a work desk, and a sofa bed.

I should of read the fine print when I discovered I had to pay for our breakfasts.I thought breakfast was included in the price.And by reserving a room through Booked.net,I couldn't use my Government employee discount or any other discounts.I could of saved even MORE money and paid a LOT less.Reserving through the hotel next time.

We had a really nice time at Hilton Garden Inn West Des Moines. Our room had an extremely comfy bed, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and tea and coffee making facilities. The good service and attention to detail were impressive. The hotel's location was convenient, being next door to area restaurants and Jordan Creek mall. There were many restaurant options and a great trail for running nearby. A cool bonus was having Auntie Anne's nearby, offering tea and coffee.

We loved the hotel's great location in the West Des Moines area. It was very close to area restaurants, making it convenient for us to dine out. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also top-notch. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we made good use of the shuttle service they offered. Additionally, the pool area was clean and had a smaller pool for younger children.

Although our room was spacious and comfortable, we unfortunately experienced an unpleasant smell of stale cigarette smoke.

The Christmas holidays were wonderful at this hotel. The complementary breakfast was impressive with fresh fruits, juices, eggs, oatmeal, breads. The hotel was conveniently located near a shopping mall and many great restaurants. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

One downside was the confusing placement of elevators which required us to traverse multiple corridors. Also, the room we stayed in had a strong smell of cigarette smoke despite being labeled as non-smoking.
